DUBAI: Armani/Hashi, the Michelin-selected Japanese fine-dining restaurant at the Armani Hotel inside Burj Khalifa, is commemorating Hinamatsuri with a special six-course menu available from March 3-9.

Hinamatsuri, or Girls’ Day, is a traditional Japanese festival dedicated to the well-being of young girls, featuring cultural rituals and family gatherings.

To mark the occasion, Chef Park and his team have prepared a menu reflecting Japanese culinary traditions.

The six-course offering includes wagyu and salmon crispy rice, a sushi & sashimi platter and monk fish ao nori tempura with black garlic sauce.

The Robata course features Matsukasa Amadai with caviar and onion cream sauce, followed by a Teppan course of Tajima wagyu MB 9+ striploin with mixed vegetables and spicy sesame teriyaki.

The meal concludes with a yuzu granita pre-dessert and a cumquat and Dekopon mandarin compote with kalamansi sorbet.

Armani/Hashi’s limited-time menu highlights the restaurant’s focus on high-end Japanese cuisine in a setting overlooking Downtown Dubai.
