DUBAI: Blending Japanese ingredients with Mediterranean flavors, Maison Dali is a brand-new restaurant that opened its doors in Dubai on Thursday. Led by the three-Michelin-starred chef Tristin Farmer, it offers a laid-back yet sophisticated Mediterranean-Japanese brasserie experience.
With expertise honed in some of the world’s finest kitchens, Farmer crafts dishes that reveal intricate layers of flavor with every bite. Dishes at Maison Dali include King Crab Ceviche, Smoked Lobster Donabe, and Wood Fired Duck.
Additionally, it offers an interactive trolley that serves Nishiawa A5 tenderloin with sauce perigourdine and black truffle and a honey toast dessert.
The vegetarian menu adds a creative twist to plant-based dishes, featuring potato mochi, smoked shiitake, fermented kohlrabi, and the cauliflower Milanese with a pico de gallo, Dali sriracha, and ramson capers.
Inspired by Salvador Dali, Maison Dali immerses guests with its majestic decor in a surrealist world. The space strikes a harmonious balance between whimsy and artistry, featuring eye-catching decor, mood-setting lighting, and playful art elements that come together to create an interactive, highly photogenic dining experience. It also has an outdoor sitting area with a private dining room that hosts up to twelve guests.
The restaurant is located at The Opus in Business Bay.
