Japanese watchmaker, Seiko, is launching its newest line-up for the holiday season, inspired by Pokémon characters Pikachu, Mewtwo, and Eevee.

The watches come in four different models two of which are Pikachu variations available for both children and adults, sold for ¥30,800  ($295 USD).

All watches are sold with a leather strap, and a replacement nylon strap with model-dependent colour variations.

The Pikachu Icon Design Model employs a yellow dial to represent the character’s signature look, accentuated by Pikachu’s infamous bolt tail, as well as imprinted footsteps on the black leather strap.

In contrast, the Pikachu Green Model utilizes earthy colours like dark green for the dial and a brown leather strap to build onto the image of Pikachu running through the Forest of Tokiwa

For the Eevee model, a print of the character is placed at the centre of watch, encompassed by coloured circular hour markers, and an enlarged Pokéball to mark 12 o’clock.

The Mewtwo model uses a purple and black colour combination, reflective of the character’s persona and includes an image of the character on the watch’s dial.

This model is customized further, with a unique purple box that differs from the standard red and white box.
