This drink is a blend of Japanese purin, otherwise known as custard, topped with cream, caramel sauce and a cherry—the drink also includes jelly cubes flavoured like coffee.
McDonald’s Japan describes this drink as both rich and bitter, as well as crispy in texture while still creamy offering customers a little bit of everything.
