TOKYO: Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has started making arrangements for his U.S. visit early next year, including a possible speech at the U.S. Congress, the Nikkei business daily reported on Tuesday.

Kishida said last week he had been invited by U.S. President Joe Biden for a formal state visit to Washington.
