Japan’s Chofu city issues postal stamps in honor of Saudi Arabia

Japan Post Co., Ltd issued stamps for the city of Chofu in honor of Saudi Arabia, as it is the official host city of the Saudi delegation participating in the Tokyo Olympics 2020.

Saudi Ambassador to Japan Naif bin Marzouq Al-Fahadi praised and thanked the Mayor of Chofu Yoshiki Nagatomo on Saturday.

The postal stamps feature pictures of AlUla, camels, and Saudi Arabia’s skylines and mosques.

The Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics are set to start in summer 2021, after a one-year delay due to the coronavirus pandemic.
