TOKYO: Japanese Prime Minister SUGA Yoshihide said Sunday he will exercise leadership to realize a carbon-free society.

Suga made the comments in a video message delivered to a virtual international meeting hosted by the United Nations, Britain and France to mark the fifth anniversary of the Paris climate agreement.
