TOKYO: Japan’s protesters against Covid-19 and wearing of masks raised their voices in the crowded Shibuya area of central Tokyo on Saturday, denouncing the government, challenging its policy of enforcing the wearing of masks in schools, and claiming Covid-19 is a ‘lie’.

The activists took turns expressing themselves via a microphone, encouraging passersby to take off their masks and accusing vaccination companies of turning humans into guinea pigs.

“The corona vaccine is humankind’s first genetically modified vaccine. You may not think it’s a big deal because food often says ‘genetically modified,’ but it’s not. Vaccines genetically alter your body,” one lady said in a loud voice. She also claimed that many children have died from heatstroke as a result of wearing masks.

She continued: “Are you sure you’re OK with the vaccine? Since it is still under the procedure of a clinical trial, they have subjected people to experiments.  It is the first dangerous coronavirus vaccine for humankind; please check it out yourself before you get it.”

She and other speakers accused the mass media in Japan and the world of “not reporting the truth.” One of the activists raised a placard that said ‘media virus’.

According to Japan’s health ministry data, displayed by the activists, the number of post-vaccination deaths in Japan is 556. In addition, there were side-effects in 3,223 men, with 617 critically ill, and 12,826 women, with 1,653 critical.

Another activist speaker commented: “They forced us to wear masks at nursery schools and kindergartens and forced people to wear masks at elementary and junior high schools, and university students couldn’t go to school.” She further accused schools of “ignoring children who die wearing masks.

However, figures suggest infections in children only rose slightly in recent months: 702 people under the age of 20, including 284 people under the age of 10 and 418 people between the ages of 10 and 19.
