TOKYO: Japan is looking forward to working closely and developing friendly relations with the new UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Chief Cabinet Secretary MATSUNO Hirokazu said at a press conference on May 16.

“Based on the foundation we have laid with the late President Khalifa, we intend to work closely with the newly elected Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan to develop friendly ties between our two countries.”
