TOKYO: Japan and Qatar held their 4th Japan-Qatar Foreign Ministry Policy Dialogue on June 15th in Doha and agreed on enhancing bilateral cooperation in politics, economy, defense exchange and cooperation in the international arena.
According to the foreign ministry in Tokyo, both sides exchanged views on the situation in Ukraine, East Asia, and the Middle East, such as Iran and Afghanistan.
The dialogue was attended by Kansuke Nagaoka, Director of the Middle Eastern and African Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, and Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Malallah Al-Hammadi, Secretary-General of the ministry of foreign affairs of Qatar from the Qatar side.
