The UAE’s Hope Probe, part of the UAE’s Mars mission, is set to launch from its Japanese site on July 15.

It will send back images and other data available on its exploration journey to at least 200 global research institutions.

Last year, the first UAE astronaut Hazza Al Mansouri boarded Kazakhstan’s Baikonur Cosmodrome. The move was helped in stepping up efforts to make the UAE’s national space program a success.

Currently, the Emirates Mars Mission team is making its final preparations before lift-off from Japan’s Tanegashima Space Centre aboard a Mitsubishi H-IIA rocket.
