Japan’s Ambassador to Lebanon Takeshi Okubo and the Lebanese Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Abdallah Bouhabib on Tuesday signed a technical cooperation agreement between the two countries’ governments.

The deal, inked in Beirut, includes a package of measures related to areas such as intellectual exchange and training, and further strengthens Japanese involvement in contributing to Lebanon’s economic and social development.
