
Tokyo: The finance ministers and central bank governors of the Group of Seven advanced economies will meet in Marrakesh, Morocco, on Thursday, Japanese Finance Minister Shunichi Suzuki said Tuesday.
The G-7 officials are expected to discuss support for Ukraine and reform of multilateral development banks, including the International Monetary Fund and World Bank. Japan holds the presidency of the G-7 this year.
The gathering will take place on the sidelines of an annual meeting of the IMF and World Bank and a meeting of the finance ministers and central bank chiefs of the Group of 20 major economies.
