DUBAI: INFINITI, the luxury division of Japan’s Nissan, is introducing the INFINITI Valet program in the Middle East, where customers will conveniently pick up or drop off their cars for maintenance appointments instead of visiting service centers.

Vehicles can be collected from the customer’s home via a VALET truck or a recovery vehicle.

The service is available for all INFINITI customers, regardless of the vehicle’s age or warranty status, who live in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, and Azerbaijan. It can be scheduled through various touchpoints.

The program reflects the automaker’s commitment to its Japanese heritage through its thoughtful hospitality.
