Tokyo-based food truck, Mrs. Charlotte, is gaining ample recognition for their vast selection of colourful crepes and ice creams only available to customers on the weekends, resulting in growing demand for the sweet treats.

The food truck is a striking lavender colour, and offers food items of a similar shade—one of their popular items being the Lavender Milk Ice Cream priced at 580 yen (US$5.37)

Mrs. Charlotte offers a range of other ice cream flavours including chocolate, pistachio, coconut, greentea, black sesame, mango sherbet and grape sherbet that are served in cup or cone and presented with a decorative flower.

Mrs. Charlotte is also well known for the pastel coloured, purple and pink crepes topped with a variety of toppings like fruits, yoghurt, cream cheese, and custard. Customers can also opt to add a scoop of ice cream to the crepe for 150 yen.

The food truck also lists a range of original floats priced at 680 yen, such as their Charlotte Lemonade, MangoXMango, Coffee Coco, Sparkle Mint Grape, and Chocola Milk.

While the food truck only sells to customer on weekends, they also offer catering services for work events and weddings for a specific price.

Mrs. Charlotte also sells a selection of merchandise like branded tote bags designed with pastel-coloured illustrations.

The food truck changes location from time to time and is open between 10 am and 4 pm.
