Hoshinoya Fuji resort in Japan is inviting guests to deep dive into Lake Motosu, starting July 1 until August 31, priced at ¥42,350 ($389.18) per person.

The package is open to all divers, and includes the necessary diving equipment, as well as a place to rest after the expedition—interested participants should book online three weeks in advance.

Aside from the adventure, glamping hotspot, Hoshinoya, are offering hammock-tents secured onto the trees for divers to sleep in—making this an ideal place for both exploration and relaxation.

Lake Motosu is one of the lakes formed because of the Mount Fuji eruption in the 9th century—the lake is secluded due to boat restrictions, allowing for an uninterrupted dive.

Participants can also take comfort in knowing that a diving instructor will accompany them throughout the dive to offer guidance.

Hoshinoya Fuji resort offers an array of outdoor activities for guests, including early morning canoeing, bicycle tours, nature tours, and trekking.

Hoshinoya Fuji shares how it is “a glamping resort located on a red pine slope overlooking beautiful Lake Kawaguchi, a stone’s throw away from Mt. Fuji,” the official website states.

The resort also shares how “glamping is a stylish form of play designed to stimulate these dormant senses–without the toil and labour associated with camping” and asserts how the resort is the place to do just that.

This is experience is a way to relax while still maintaining health and safety amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
