Popular coffee chain, Starbucks, in Japan has launched a range of plant-based foods suitable for anyone looking to eat good and healthy food.

There are several items on the menu including spinach corn and soybean- patty English muffin, a tomato and soy meatball sandwich, a salad with soy Bolognese sauce, sugar doughnuts, and almond milk matcha mousse.

The two sandwiches offered integrate various vegetables like tomatoes, spinach, and corn with other ingredients like plant-based cheese. While the salad option is packed with nutritious foods like cucumbers, cauliflower, red peppers and more.
