DUBAI: Japan’s Prime Minister KISHIDA Fumio announced on Sunday a 100 million US dollars in emergency humanitarian aid to Ukraine, amid the ongoing Russian attacks against the country.

He also showed a plan to freeze assets held by Russian President Vladimir Putin and other high-ranking Russian government officials.

Kishida also said Japan will join the exclusion of Russia from SWIFT, which Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, the United States and the European Union proposed on Saturday.
