Japanese 2012 anime series ‘Kuroko’s Basketball’ has recently been released in the Middle East dubbed in Arabic, available to watch exclusively on Spacetoon’s online streaming app Spacetoon GO.

The series broadcasted in Japan almost a decade ago and is based on Tadatoshi Fujimaki’s sports manga series.

According to the Spacetoon Group, the Arabic dubbed version of Kuroku’s Basket features the same names of the characters from the original version and the dialogue is carefully translated from the Japanese version.

Bringing Kuroko’s Basketball to Spacetoon GO is part of the new content strategy for the streaming app.

One of the main features of the Arabic version is presenting famous voice actors who are well known among Spacetoon fans such as: Rafat Bazo, who had previously lent his voice to many characters like Joe in Megalo Box and Kaito Kid in Detective Conan series. Eyas Abu Ghazala is another, popular for  his work as Naruto in the Naruto series.

Spacetoon Go has released the second episode of Kuroko’s Basketball as of Oct. 31.

The VOD app also features various anime series in Arabic such as Dragon Ball Super, Made in Abyss and Monster Hunter Stories Ride On, Detective Conan & Hunter x Hunter (2011).
