A representative of the Consulate General of Japan in Dubai said: “We at the Consulate-General of Japan in Dubai, were very thrilled and honored to hold the Japan Film Week in Ras Al Khaimah this year as well following the same film week, which took place for the first time ever in Ras Al Khaimah on the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations last year. This was very much a combined effort in cooperation with the Al Qasimi Foundation and RAK Chamber, both of whom we were partnered with on the first film week. We cannot appreciate their tight coordination with us down the road and will be looking forward to the third Japan Film Week in the future.”
Line up for the movies at Japan Film Week was as follows:
July 3– First Gentleman
July 4– Neko Ninja
July 5– Little Nights, Little Love
July 6– Children of the Sea
