The UAE has launched an initiative inviting participants to help in the designing and creation of the UAE Nation Brand by voting for the best logo and help plant a tree as part of the process.

The three logos – Emirates in Calligraphy, The Palm, and Seven Lines – has been displayed on a website where anyone can submit their vote.

The Emirates in Calligraphy logo depicts the aesthetics of Arabic calligraphy, reflecting authenticity associated with the UAE. At the same time, The Palm symbolizes the willpower of the leaders and people of the country.

According to the National Brand website, the Seven lines logo depicts shaping the map of the Emirates with the flag colors, representing the future-focused leaders of the seven emirates united for the country’s growth.

The idea is to build and manage an image that represents countries to the rest of the world. It shows images for demonstration purposes to guide the visitor into selecting the logo that best represents the UAE.

“Nation brands are measured by the size of impact and impression created among individuals, people, societies, and other state actors,” the website said.

The initiative was launched on November 2 to highlight the UAE’s unique identity and strengthen its long-standing positive image in the global consciousness.

It also lists the UAE’s value system, which constitutes a fundamental part of the UAE’s identity and consists of several elements such as credibility, tolerance, and openness.
