RIYADH: Japan Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Fumio Iwai hosted a second reception to celebrate Emperor Naruhito’s birthday on Feb. 23.

At his residence in Riyadh, Tarieq Al Haidary, Vice-Chairperson of the Council of Saudi Chambers, and a number of highnesses, excellencies and high-profile dignitaries and guests from business sector were present.

Another reception was held on Feb. 18. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, two receptions were held in order to align with Saudi Arabia’s coronavirus measures.
