

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Al-Saedan For Development Company and Japan’s Global Innovation Consulting Inc. (GIC) on Sunday concluded a Memorandum of Understanding for education and training Saudi talent in future technology applications AI, IOT, 3D flying Drones, digital cloning architecture and Japanese leadership and management.
The deal is aimed at enhancing and transferring knowhow to help digitalize the Saudi real estate sector through advanced technology and to export Saudi talent globally.
The agreement was agreed between Mashael Bin Saedan, the CEO of Al-Saedan for Development Company, and GIC’s CEO IWANAGA Tomoyuki.
The Saudi company also concluded three agreements with Japan’s Aizawa Co. These were signed by Bin Saedan and AIZAWA Yoshihiro, the CEO of Aizawa Co.
The first of the three agreements is a Memorandum of Understanding for autonomous PC construction by digital cloning architecture with SYNCWORLD, which reduces time, error and cost in the construction sector. The bringing together of the virtual and the physical is a world first and will be realized in Saudi Arabia.
The second is a Memorandum of Understanding for the development of applications for a drone for 3D concrete printing, a world first that will open up the limitations in 3D printing for normal and high-rise buildings.
The third agreement is a Memorandum of Understanding to establish and operate an offshore research, development and training center in Saudi Arabia for decarbonization through technology transfer from Fukushima RDM center in Japan.
